Returns

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind. Please double-check sizing charts and product descriptions before placing your order.

 

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re happy to make it right. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund if appropriate.

 

Cancellations

Once your order is sent to production, it cannot be canceled. However, if you reach out before printing begins, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.
