At Blissful Trendz, every piece is created with purpose — designed as a banner of truth and a declaration of identity.

We want you to love what you receive as much as we loved creating it.

 

Because each item is made uniquely for you, our policies reflect the care and intentionality behind every order.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Because T-shirts and Totes are printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong color

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected], including:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

After reviewing the claim, we will issue a replacement or refund when appropriate.

 

Cancellations

Once an order is sent to production, it cannot be canceled or changed.

If you contact us immediately after purchase, we will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once printing begins.

(Production may begin within 1–3 hours of ordering.)

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
